Getinge are planning a spin-off of the division Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC), also known under the brand name ArjoHuntleigh. We are now building up the new separate listed company.

Based at the ArjoHuntleigh preferable in Lynge (Denmark) but Malmö (Sweden) can be an option, we are now looking for a:
In this role will join a growing international Med Tech company. You will support us to improve and develop procedures within the quality area and be a part a unique journey of building a new company.
We will offer you a developing job with exiting projects where you will work together with your fantastic Nordic colleagues. This is an independent role where you will be able to grow together with a team that focus on a good balance between professionalism and humour.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the QRC Manager in documenting and maintaining business processes in the QMS, to secure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. You will oversee assigned internal audits and registration and follow up on non-conformities (NCs). Further, you will be the main coordinator of field actions which includes identifying and collect data, executing field action plan internally, communicate with sales representative, technicians and customers when needed, report status on field actions by updating effectiveness worksheet and follow up on actions until field action completion. You will also work with registrations of complaints and reportable events in Track Wise that are not being handled by the Sales and Service Unit.
In addition to your main assignment, you will work with Ad hoc quality tasks, supporting the Sales and Service Unit with quality issues and question, follow up on outstanding actions, and be of assistance to the QRC Manager where needed.
You will also Support the employees in the Sales and Service Unit in building quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements, breeding a quality culture. Organize workshops/meetings/trainings will also be a part of your work.
The position is mainly a back office role based in Lynge (Denmark) or Malmö (Sweden) and requires minor travel within the Nordic countries.

To be successful in this role have good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and also an understanding for the Nordic languages. You are able to work with minimal supervision to agreed timescales and be able to prioritize workload to maximize results. To excel in this role you need to be detail orientated and organized without losing sight of the overall target. You see solutions instead of problems.
