Department

For our Production Performance team, which is part of Business Analysis & Performance Management in Group Finance & Operations, we are looking for a dynamic and analytically-strong colleague. Our responsibility is to lead the development of Vestas Performance Management and drive strategy development, deployment and follow-up in the sales business units and production units.

The position within this growing focus area will cover many different aspects; from production execution and detailed analysis to management communication. The tasks you will be working on are challenging and diverse in nature and require continuous communication with many different stakeholders. Within the Production Performance team, there is much focus on continuous development of both you and the team; driven by an atmosphere in which proactive behaviour and out-of-the-box thinking are highly valued.  You will actively be contributing to this team culture, as creating a proactive and productive work environment together with the other group functions and the production units is vital for success.

Responsibilities and Tasks

This position will offer you a variety of responsibilities within the following areas:

·         Establish measures to drive the desired behaviour that will enable Vestas to fulfil its strategy

·         Enable and secure benchmarks, target settings and performance reviews

·         Performance analyses and reporting including root cause identification and communication of operational behaviour effects on financial performance

·         Engage into performance discussions with Production Business Unit Management and Vestas Excellence Centres

·         Lead or actively engage in IT / process improvements projects as business representative

·         Drive and/or facilitate improvement activities focusing on creating transparency and awareness

·         Contribute to the continuous improvement of our global production performance

·         Establish performance assessment tools, dashboards and score cards

Qualifications and Work Experience

you have the following qualifications:

·         You have a technical or financial master degree

·         You have 5 years experience in an international company

·         You have a thorough understanding of general processes and flows in ERP systems

·         You have experience from areas such as Business Intelligence reporting, Performance Management, Six Sigma or Lean

·         You are used to taking initiatives and to create buy-in from stakeholders

·         You are familiar in creating and presenting information to senior management

·         You are fluent in English and an excellent user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information
