Department
The Technician Training department in People and Culture Business Unit is a group function which is responsible for development and maintenance of our certified level divided education
programme for wind turbine technicians. This includes close co-operation with our Technology R&D department, development of education modules, development and production of training simulators and certification of technical master instructors.
Vestas´ Technical Instructors are operating in training centres globally distributed in our Sales Business Units. To educate and certify these instructors we are currently building up a global
network of Master Instructors. Beside the technical competencies we have strong focus on ensuring that the Master Instructors have the right competencies for evaluating and certifying
the Technical Instructors. We have decided to open a new position which will be responsible for driving and build-up the Master Instructor programme.
Responsibilities and Tasks
In close cooperation with our technical education departments to:
· Develop and maintain a Technical Master Instructor programme.
· Facilitate learning sessions and certification of Technical Master Instructors.
· Host and develop our global Technical Master Instructor network.
· Give support to external 3rd party certification of the Master Instructor programme
Qualifications and Work Experience
· Bachelor or Master Degree in a related instructional content, development, or delivery field, or equivalent industry experience or certification.
· 5+ years experience from a learning institute or from an industrial learning department.
· Solid experience in a functional training role with emphasis on education and certification of instructors.
· Foundation knowledge and understanding of learning theory and instructional design techniques.
· Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to build and lead networks in a large company and to work closely together with stakeholders.
· Additional education or experience in process management, project management or quality management will be an advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum development, editing and communication.

Additional Information
Primary work location will be in Randers – DK.
Due to the global activities, some travelling must be expected.
